"CACTACEAE" (2021) Leather Cactus, Jiao

由品牌工藝師－魏大鈞 獨創變形自雙針馬鞍縫法的工法，將線段連接成三端進行縫製，可說是三針版本的馬鞍縫法(Triple Saddle Stitch)｡  

經由三針交錯走線，讓三面成角的每條縫線都能完整展現｡ 是一種能用於多面疊縫時，仍保留傳統雙針縫線強度與外型的縫法｡

The use of the deformation from the double-needle saddle stitching technique involves sewing three ends of a thread segment together, 

making it a three-needle version of the saddle stitching method is self-created by artisan WEI. 

By weaving the three needles together, each seam of the three-sided angle can be fully displayed. 

This is a stitching method that can be used for multiple layer stitching while still retaining the traditional strength and appearance of the double-needle stitching.

品牌工藝師－魏大鈞，以溫潤的植鞣革包裹仙人掌以往的生冷形象，重生的皮革仙人掌與多肉植物作為居家藝品、辦公桌擺件｡ 

以美觀療癒的皮革工藝品形象，將另一種革物風貌、植物風景帶入質感生活｡ 

WÈI CRAFT 也以此為載體，擁抱各式工藝與生活風格、職人與匠人，讓工藝的美好氣息不斷綿延｡

"CACTACEAE" (2021) Leather Cactus series are derived from our desire to explore and perfect leather hand-stitching techniques.  

In this series, traditional leather joining methods are embodied in various unique forms of cacti. Artisan WEI, wraps the cold image of cactus with warm vegetable tanned leather.  

They can be displayed as stylish, therapeutic decorations for the home or office and also used as holders for small office supplies. 

This marriage of design and utility brings leather to a whole new level of taste and practicality. 

WÈI CRAFT embraces various crafts and lifestyles, artisans, and craftsmen through this medium, allowing the beauty of craftsmanship to continue to flourish.
